The Breakfast Room
Nestled in the historic part of the hotel, our Breakfast Room invites you to start the day in a setting steeped in history.
Under the gaze of a replica of the Battle of Eylau painting, the light from the stained-glass windows blends with the warmth of Colmar’s listed woodwork, creating a unique atmosphere where heritage and gourmet delights meet.
